But is a weekly fruit basket, a few back exercises, the flu shot, or a yoga class per week enough for a comprehensive corporate health management (CHM)? No – because CHM means much more than that!
Corporate Health Management (CHM) is the systematic, individualized, solution-oriented, and sustainable design of health-promoting measures in the workplace. CHM is structured in four basic phases, the so-called PDCA cycle (Plan – Do – Check – Act).
Our team is trained to successfully guide you through the process of problem-solving and action planning in the four steps:
Plan: Description of the problem in the workplace, gathering of information, current situation, formulation of goals, definition of solution-oriented measures, etc.
Do: Implementation of the measures within the planned timeframe, documentation of the measures.
Check: Review and presentation of the results, targeted adjustment in case of deviations, comparison of the results with the previously set goals.
Act: Standardization of successes and results, reflection on process management, further planning of follow-up measures, full implementation.

We offer a comprehensive range of prevention courses in accordance with § 20 SGB V (prevention courses recognized according to German legislation) in the areas of physical activity, relaxation, addiction prevention, and nutrition. Numerous courses and concepts are certified by the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Body for Prevention (ZPP). The ZPP is the German institution responsible for reviewing prevention concepts to ensure their effectiveness and a scientifically recognized professional structure.
